Job Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • - Answers phones, direct calls and greet walk in clients
  • - Process incoming and outgoing mail daily
  • - Order supplies
  • - Perform general administrative tasks as requested
  • - Demonstrates positive customer service skills
  • Education/Experience Requirements:
  • - High School diploma or equivalent
  • - Above average computer skills
  • - Possess effective communication and organizational skills
