Position Description
Surety & Commercial Lines Service Supervisor
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- - Has or will aquire a full working knowledge of both Commercial Lines and Surety Account Manager positions and will provide support and backup where and when staffing shortages occur.
- -Develop, implement and monitor workflows and procedures to ensure high quality service and compliance to agency standards.
- - Coaches, supervises and trains Account Managers to achieve high performance.
- - In conjunction with manager, participates in the interviewing, hiring, performance evaluations and performance coaching of Account Managers.
- - Extensive travel to office locations will be required.
- - Strong understanding of insurance agency workflows, insurance terminology, practices and concepts.
Education/Experience Requirements:
- - College deree and/or equivalent business orinsurance experieince.
- Property/Casualty/Surety License.
- Full knowledge of insurance products and usages.
