Commercial Lines Service Account Manager

Job Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • • Updates and maintains client information in agency management system accurately and proficiently.
    • Handles service requests including endorsements, LPR's, cancellations, reinstatements, audits and handles any follow up that is necessary.
    • Issues certificates of insurance and evidence of property forms.
    • Orders, retrieves and receives loss runs for renewal workflows.
    • Requests renewal quotes from carriers on designated accounts.
    • Issues binders of insurance.
    • Invoices all activities.
    • Is responsible for policy processing and quality control.
    • Performs additional assigned duties as necessary.

 Education/Experience Requirements:

  • - Has above average customer service skills.
    - 3 years or more insurance or business-related experience.
    - Possesses High School diploma or equivalent. 
    - Has or will obtain Property Casualty Insurance License.
