Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • - Handles all customer service including requests for policy changes, billing
  •   questions, account remarketing.
  • - Maintains client information in agency management system
  • - Reviews current coverage, identifies exposures, upgrading coverage when appropriate
  • - Issues binders of insurance, evidence of property and auto ID cards
  • - Responsible for policy processing and quality control
  • - Works closely with Sales Executives and other Account Managers.
  • - Must establish and maintain good relationships with multiple carriers.Performs additional
  •   assigned duties as necessary.

Education/Experience Requirements:

  • - Has above average customer service skills
  • - Possesses High School diploma or equivalent.
  • - Has or will obtain Property Casualty Insurance License
