Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- - Handles all customer service including requests for policy changes, billing
- questions, account remarketing.
- - Maintains client information in agency management system
- - Reviews current coverage, identifies exposures, upgrading coverage when appropriate
- - Issues binders of insurance, evidence of property and auto ID cards
- - Responsible for policy processing and quality control
- - Works closely with Sales Executives and other Account Managers.
- - Must establish and maintain good relationships with multiple carriers.Performs additional
- assigned duties as necessary.
Education/Experience Requirements:
- - Has above average customer service skills
- - Possesses High School diploma or equivalent.
- - Has or will obtain Property Casualty Insurance License
