Commercial Lines Client Account Manager
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- - Emphasis will be on handling the marketing of new business.
- - Handles carrier and client telephone calls of all types.
- - Can provide coverage analysis and provides recommendations for additional coverage.
- - Orders endorsements from carriers
- - Handles cancellations, uncollectible audits, processes non-renewals
- - Works closely with Sales Executives and Service Account Managers.
- - Performs functions on agency management system proficiently.
- - Performs additional assigned duties as necessary.
Education/Experience Requirements:
- - Commercial Lines insurance experience preferred.
- - Has above average customer service skills.
- - Possesses High School diploma or equivalent.
- - Has or will obtain Property Casualty Insurance License.
