Commercial Lines Client Account Manager

Job Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • - Emphasis will be on handling the marketing of new business.
  • - Handles carrier and client telephone calls of all types.
  • - Can provide coverage analysis and provides recommendations for additional coverage.
  • - Orders endorsements from carriers
  • - Handles cancellations, uncollectible audits, processes non-renewals
  • - Works closely with Sales Executives and Service Account Managers.
  • - Performs functions on agency management system proficiently.
  • - Performs additional assigned duties as necessary.

 Education/Experience Requirements:

  • - Commercial Lines insurance experience preferred.
  • - Has above average customer service skills.
  • - Possesses High School diploma or equivalent.
  • - Has or will obtain Property Casualty Insurance License.
