Anita Koch, Director of Customer Service

As Director of Customer Service, Anita provides the overall direction of client service for Commercial Lines, Personal Lines, Employee Benefits and Surety. Clients are number one at PFG and Anita sets the bar high. As she puts it, "customer service is really pretty simple - it's about listening, responding and delivering." Anita and her team do just that.
Before joining PFG in 2006, Anita worked for Acordia in Spokane WA for 21 years. Over those years Acordia went through many names changes including Fred S. James, Sedgwick and Marsh. She started her career in 1981 with Prudential Insurance.
Anita enjoys sailing on Lake Pend Oreille in North Idaho, running, traveling (she's visited all but a few states and has spent time in Europe, Asia and the Middle East) and spending time with her family. She lives in Spokane, WA with her husband, Larry and has two sons, two daughters-in-law and 2 grandsons whom she enjoys spoiling.
