Carol Williams, Director of Education & Development

As Director of Education & Development, Carol is considered the Dean of Payne University, PFG's vehicle for educating and developing its 240+ colleagues. Realizing that knowledgeable and well-rounded colleagues are the key to providing great support and service to clients, Carol is responsible for arming PFG's colleagues with the expertise and tools they need to take care of clients. Classes offered through Payne University are varied - ranging from those specific to lines of insurance coverage such as Pollution, to soft skill courses such as Business Writing, to life skill courses such as Communication Skills. PFG is committed to education and Carol is committed to helping our colleagues reach the highest heights in that regard.
Carol joined PFG in 2006. Prior to joining the firm she was the Spokane Branch Manager of Human Resources, Administrative Services & Operations for Unitrin Property & Casualty.
Carol is a country girl at heart, and an avid outdoor enthusiast. She passionately enjoys everything the Northwest has to offer. She's also a great believer in and supporter of her community. She lives with her husband, Jim, in Spokane, WA.
