Darryl loves that his job allows him to meet new people and work with innovative businesses. "I like the excitement of discovering what makes a particular business unique and what advice can I give to make it better". That same passion translates to his personal life where he enjoys traveling overseas and reading adventure books.
After 30 years in the business he has seen it all. This experience has given him insight into understanding business issues and crafting solutions. Being a native Californian he has had to adapt to the differences in culture and philosophy but loves living in Bozeman, MT. He has taken both his experience and love of the insurance business and spends much of his time coaching and mentoring his team.
