Kathie Watson, Commercial Services Manager 
"In the end, it comes down to service."
As Commercial Services Manager, Kathie is responsible for setting and implementing the service standards for PFG's business insurance division. "Insurance policies don't set us apart from other agencies", says Kathie, "but our service does." She's committed to helping PFG's business insurance Account Manager's consistently provide world class service to PFG clients.
Before joining PFG in 2001, Kathie worked for Sedgwick - first in their Seattle branch and later in their Spokane branch. Her experience in commercial insurance includes both service and sales, but her heart belongs to service. Happy, satisfied clients make Kathie happy.
Kathie enjoys a myriad of sports activities, traveling and spending time at her lake cabin. She lives in Missoula, MT.
