Scott Simmons, Vice President, Director of Risk Management Services
"When our clients experience an insurance claim and need help, I will be there."
Having started work as a claims adjuster in 1989, Scott discovered that he thrives on the complexities and daily change inherent in the insurance industry. Working for a large carrier for 17 years, he had the experience of adjusting multiple line claims for both commercial and personal lines customers. He was later promoted to unit, regional and Home Office claim management roles before joining PFG. "People do not buy insurance because they like to. They purchase insurance for protection in the event of a claim," he says. "The moment of truth for an insurance company is when they handle your claim. Helping PFG clients navigate this sometimes difficult process is very satisfying."
Married with three sons, Scott enjoys being with his family outdoors, as well as watching his boys play sports. Alone, he might read yet another John Grisham novel.
