2011
In Fall 2011, the Billings staff lent a hand to several area organizations including Friends of the Library, 2nd Chance Homes, Community Crisis Center, and Help for Homeless Pets.
Employees helped Friends of the Library prepare for a book sale, cleaned and organized kennels at Help for Homeless Pets, painted at 2nd Chance Homes, and fall cleaning at the Community Crisis Center.
Summer 2011 - 9/11 Memorial
Payne Financial Group employee Paulette Bentz, Personal Lines Sales Executive from our Billings office, has diligently been working with the Montana State University - Billings campus to erect a 9/11 memorial. A twisted piece of I-beam steel from the twin towers was recovered and has been donated to MSU-Billings for the memorial, which commemorates those who lost their lives due to terrorism a decade ago. A dedication ceremony will be held on site on 9/11/2011 at the MSU-Billings campus.
The ceremony will incorporate the nearby "Healing Field", which will house 1,000 flags in honor of our past and present military, public servants and those who lost their lives in the 9/11 attacks. The Exchange Clubs of Billings are hosting a fundraising event during the 9/11 dedication ceremony to raise money for local veterans organizations, children's charities and a scholarship program for veterans who want to further their education. The flags that are incorporated in the Healing Field will be available for sponsorship for $100 each. The flags will fly for 4 days and then be sent to the sponsor for their personal use.

Employees helped Friends of the Library prepare for a book sale, cleaned and organized kennels at Help for Homeless Pets, and cleaned up the lawns and flower beds at Riverstone Hospice, Boys and Girls Club, and Community Crisis Center.
2009
In Fall 2009, the Billings staff lent a hand to several area organizations including Friends of the Library, Horizon Hospice House, Scottish Rite and Help for Homeless Pets.
Employees helped Friends of the Library prepare for a book sale, cleaned up the lawn and flower beds at Horizon Hospice House, cleaned and decorated pumpkins for the Scottish Rite and cleaned kennels at Help for Homeless Pets.
