Payne Financial Group’s Judy Rapp Awarded Spokane Construction Industry’s Highest Honor

February 13, 2012, Helena, Mont. - At its annual President's Gala on February 3 in Spokane, Wash., the Inland Northwest Associated General Contractors (AGC) awarded Judy Rapp of Payne Financial Group's Spokane Valley office its highest honor - the S.I.R. Award, a lifetime achievement award standing for "Skill, Integrity and Responsibility." Rapp is the first woman to receive the honor.

"This is not an award we give out every year. In fact, the last time we awarded the S.I.R. Award was three years ago," said Wayne Brokaw, executive director of the Inland Northwest AGC. "The award is given only when it is truly deserving - as in Judy's case. She is an outstanding example of someone who understands the importance of service to her community."

The list of Rapp's contributions to AGC and the construction community in the greater Spokane area is extensive. She is a long-standing AGC board member, currently serving as its treasurer, and has served as a mentor to many in the industry in advocacy and educational efforts. Rapp is a vice president at Payne Financial Group in Spokane Valley, specializing in insurance and surety solutions for construction clients.
