Payne Financial Group Announces Executive Team Promotions

February 6, 2012, Helena, Mont. - The board of directors of Payne Financial Group has announced the promotion of Brian Donahue to president of PFG after the retirement of William Wrigglesworth Jr. Donahue formerly served as the company's chief operating officer and has had a 19-year tenure at PFG. He will succeed Wrigglesworth as president of the company and as a member of its board.

PFG has also announced the promotion of Sarah Kelly to chief operating officer. Kelly is the former managing executive-administration and has been with PFG for 19 years. She provides the overall direction relating to PFG's general administration, human resources, education and development, information technology, risk management services, marketing and physical plant.

Angela Dowling has also been promoted to serve as Payne Financial Group's chief revenue officer. She previously held the role of managing executive of employee benefits at PFG and has been with the company since 2002. Dowling will oversee the revenue strategy and management for all PFG's personal, business insurance and surety lines as well as employee benefits.
